I’ve had the pleasure of working with executives in all levels of management, across 4 continents, and in Public, Private, Startup and Non-profit organizations.
I’ve facilitated leadership workshops to thousands of executives and I’ve led my own teams.
My experiences give me first-hand knowledge of what it takes to navigate challenges and uncertainty, get heard and recognized, contribute to others and the business overall, have a bigger impact and feel fulfilled at work.
A little more about me:
I opened my practice in 2017 after taking some time off to think about what made sense for me and my family in this time of our lives.
My mid-40’s had snuck up on me and I found myself with everything I dreamed of... a family, a home, a career that I couldn't have dared to imagine in my 20's, and a passport full of stamps.
For so many years, I loved my job.
Then all of the sudden, I didn't.
I had to make a change - so I left my 20+ year career to catch my breath and figure out what was next.
After considering several options over many months, I realized that I loved what I’d been doing – but I needed to do it differently.
I love helping women have a bigger impact at work.  Â
I have been fortunate to work with many great leaders. Throughout our partnerships, I have learned that:
- Anyone can be radically more effective... so long as they're willing to learn and practice.Â
- Each person has a ton to contribute.
- It's normal to lose your place and voice a few tmes in your career - and it's completely possible to refind your place and voice in each new circumstance.
- Everyone is capable of finding their way through difficult changes and expanding their impact.
